The Revive Our Hearts Conference is non-refundable, but transferable. This means that your payment will not be returned, but if you choose to give or transfer that "open" ticket to someone else, that is fine with us. When a registration is received, we begin immediately to prepare a spot for our guest: printing conference-specific materials and ordering food, etc. Our tickets are non-refundable because that cost has been incurred in advance.

When is it due? The Housing Deposit is due for the Spring semester by October 31st. For returning students, April 1st is the due date for the Fall semester. New students pay their deposits after they are accepted into the University, and are guaranteed housing for the Fall semester if their deposit is paid prior to May 1st.

Specifications deposits are returned only to those prospective bidders who actually submit proposals to the county and have returned their specifications unmarked and in good condition within 30 days of the bid award. If you return the specifications in good condition and unmarked at least seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.

Once 'activated' (used to visit an attraction) CityPass booklets are nonrefundable but in some specific cases returns may be accepted. Because CityPass represents the attractions in the CityPass program we are unable to offer returns without a written request and formal review. The registration fee is considered non-refundable. Depending on the services/departments used by the conference participants will largely depend on how soon a bill is processed. Once we receive all departmental correspondence, bills are generated. The Student Recreation Center is made available to conference participants during normal operating hours for a nominal fee. This privilege includes the basketball courts, walking tracks (indoor and outdoor), racquetball and handball courts, aerobic areas, and a pool.
