This is a very important question. We have the engineering designs to properly adjust your arbor to accept your local conditions. A modification in the thickness of the awning post spacing, thickness of rafters and mid-span support( which is very rarely used) might be all it would take. Might include such items as adding an extra post. We have aluminum "I" beams and steel C-beams to allow for greater spans.

Also, the chairs that we have at the Grandview Pavilion are custom made; therefore you may want to bring a sample of your cover beforehand to make sure that they fit our chairs properly.

Once we have suitable art and a finalized order, production time on small quantities ( 1 to 25 table covers) production time is normally one week. We have two types of chair covers — fitted cover which will only fit a banquet chair with a round top (see picture on web site) or a draped chair covers which will fit most chairs. Yes! If you have a small umbrella or your umbrella is loose inside the center ring, put the umbrella pole inside the umbrella and then slide it through the center ring.

Normally the halls provide us with a table and chairs. We do ask that the tables are sturdy and at least 6 feet long. We carry our own table skirts that are customized for a 6 foot table. If that hall provides tables skirts this is also fine.

All VCDs, however, are packed with second generation CD clamshell protection. The protection is made of polypropylene, would not crack, snap or break like fragile jewel cases do and doubly secure locking mechanism surrounds the entire cd and keeps discs protected. Here is our VCD looks like.
