The Party Standings in the House of Commons is a document that is maintained by the Journals Branch of the House of Commons. It contains official information on representation in the House of Commons. It displays the number of Members by party and province or territory as well as all of the changes that have had an impact on the party standings since the last general election.

Successful candidates have the option of requesting a tour of the House of Commons and the Department in which their Placement takes place. There may also be an opportunity for all interviewees to tour the Department they could be working for at the interview stage. The interviewees will be notified in writing if this is applicable. The Seating Plan of the House of Commons shows the seat assignments in the Chamber of the House of Commons for all of the Members of Parliament. Our house parties are not fundraisers, but rather are intended to be small intimate gatherings fostering dialogue among participants to get to know one another as individuals rather than as just names attached to causes, issues, or organizations.
