We estimate that between 3 and 5% of all orders are seized by customs. If your order is unfortunately seized and held by customs we will reship to you as per our reship policy. If you have not recieved your order within 28 days of the shipping date we promise to reship. Please contact us when the 28 days has expired and we will organise the reship at our expense.

There isn't much you can do. As no-one can prove YOU actually placed an order that order is lost to you and the customs will keep it for good (unless you find your prescription).

The customer is responsible for knowing all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package, once, at our expense, as a courtesy to the customer.
