Yes. If the computers connect to a network you can create a custom folder and place it in a shared location. Keep in mind that sections are locked so two computers cannot edit the same page, or two pages within the same section, at the same time. But you can use them at different times or two of you can work in different sections of the same folder at the same time. You can remove the shared folders from view when you log onto the server. Go to 'Edit', 'Preferences', 'Mail & newsgroups', 'Mail Servers'. Now select 'mail.dcu.ie' and hit the 'edit' button. In the 'Mail Server Properties' box which appears select the 'Advanced' tab and tick the box which says 'Show only subscribed folders'. Then select 'ok'.
