of SDL 1.0.8, you can set the environment variable SDL_VIDEO_X11_MOUSEACCEL to "X/Y", where 'X' is the numerator and 'Y' is the denomenator of the mouse acceleration. Out of the box, the Repro disables your desktop wallpaper when it starts and re-enables it exits. You can prevent Repro from disabling your wallpaper by clicking on the Repro Recorder System Tray Icon > Preferences > Video, and uncheck the "Disable desktop wallpaper while Repro is running." Desktop wallpaper is often difficult to compress. You can reduce performance overhead while recording and also reduce the size of the compressed Repro file by leaving this option checked.

You upgraded to XFree 4.3.0 or higher. Run fc-cache as root to (re)build the font cache, and things should be fine. By default XFree86 3.3.x has backing store enabled while XFree86 4.x.x does not. You can determine if backing store is currently enabled on your X Server by running "baudline -sysinfo". If the value of backing store is NotUseful, then for maximum baudline performance you should add the following backing store line to your /etc/X11/XF86Config or /etc/X11/xorg.conf file and then restart your X11 Server. The flickering of the mouse cursor (arrow) is caused by the new Xorg software cursor.

Similarly, when an elevator starts moving, you feel more weight on your legs (it's a vertical force). When a roller coaster car makes a hairpin turn, the acceleration may push you to the side, or up or down.

The analyzer is coded using the GTK+ library. There are two ports of this library for Mac OS X. One port is using the native Mac interface. This was our target port. Unfortunately – this port of GTK+ is not in a stable version yet. We are therefore forced to release the analyzer based upon the X11 based port of GTK+. File uploads are an often-used feature of MediaWiki, but are disabled by default in all current release versions. When I try to upload files in Mediawiki 1.5 I always get a "The file is corrupt or has an incorrect extension. Please check the file and upload again." error. Because of the long round-trip times involved in VSAT communications, many commercial VSAT units "spoof" this process to initiate the TCP connection quickly. This spoofing is called "TCP Acceleration". It is performed by most systems sold by IraqSat, including Hughes DirecWay, Tachyon, and iDirect.
