You should have your display resolution set to a minimum 800 x 600 pixels and the highest number of screen color to properly use the Costco Picture CD. The software application will not run properly if the monitor resolution is set to 640 x 480.

I'm using the CRT with the LCD DISCONNECTED, and I have set my CRT to be 1600x1200. I powered off the system and reconnected the LCD, and it came up at 640x480. This is normal. f you get to the login screen and the monitor flashes or says 'Out of Range' then you need to adjust the monitor's configuration.
