Students will be unable to register for classes or recieve transcrips until account has been cleared.

All TRU programs require the payment of a commitment fee well in advance of when student loan funds become available. Students should set aside tax refunds, GST credits, child tax credit, etc., to cover these fees. This is not a problem, provided you officially cancel your application and return any documents or grant cheques which you may have received for that study period. There is no penalty for cancelling a student loan application.

You are not guaranteed a seat in your program unless you have paid your fees by the due date and registered in your courses or section. You may still go online and view your course/section choices without having paid your fees. However, you will not be permitted to complete your registration. Therefore, you take the risk of courses/sections filling up. Also, if fees are not paid by the due date a late penalty of $125.00 will be added to the amount owing.

We don't pay school fees because we believe this is the parents' responsibility. We do not want to take away parents' responsibility for educating their children or encourage dependency on us. And by keeping our costs down we can assist even more children.

If you don't pay your premium when it is due or within a grace period of 60 days, your VGLI coverage will lapse. If VGLI lapses due to your failure to pay the premiums on time, you will receive a notification of the lapse and a reinstatement form. You may apply to reinstate your coverage at any time within 5 years of the date of the unpaid premium.

Your credit card will be automatically debited on the 1st of each month. If the charges are not accepted against your credit card you will be notified by BeCom to give you the opportunity to update your account details prior to your service being suspended for non payment.

A:The maintenance and management services incurred by the Association are dependent upon timely receipt of the assessments due from each homeowner. Late payments will result in a late charge as assessments are due on the first of the month. In addition, the CC&R's allows the Association to charge late charges and interest and proceed with a lien on your property, or foreclosure proceeding for nonpayment of assessments.

The HOA's policy is to pursue collection through a collection agency for any unpaid homeowner's dues that are more than 90 days delinquent. (Please see the Delinquent Assessment Collection Policy Statement and the Notice regarding Assessments and Foreclosure)

If you miss an instalment you will get a reminder notice giving you 7 days to bring your payments up to date. If you do not bring your payments up to date or fall behind again later, you will have to pay the full outstanding balance on your account. If you do not pay the outstanding balance, a summons will be sent to you which means that costs will be added to your account.

Failure to pay your fine in full could result in a conviction being entered against you. Upon conviction you will be required to pay the set fine including court costs and the applicable victim fine surcharge by the due date. Failure to pay the fine imposed upon conviction by the due date will result in one or more of the following:

We send out an email to you 10-days before the trial period is over and then again 2-days before. We understand that your busy and might not be aware of the time period. If you don't pay within 30 day, we will disable your account for an additional 7 days and then delete your account.

Transportation Services contracts with the California DMV and collections agencies to pursue collection on unpaid citations. Information gathered by other means may be used to collect. If your bill is not paid by the 1st of each month, late fees will be assessed on your account. Mallory Valley does not assess late fees until around the 5th to allow all payments postmarked by the 1st to arrive at our office. Late fees are equal to a percentage of the current bill and are listed on your bill for your convenience in the event that you are unable to pay your bill on time.
