Students are not permitted to use a school/college version at home. However, a special low-cost version is available that can be used at home. Only if the portable computer is owned by the licensee and is normally used at the postal address of the licensee.

If you already own LogicWorks 3, you can download a patch that will upgrade it to the latest version, 3.0.3. The patch requires that you already have 3.0.0, 3.0.1 or 3.0.2 installed. If you already have 3.0.2 then the main change in this version is Windows NT4.0 compatibility in the Windows version. There are no new features. LogicWorks Version 3.0.0 does NOT work perfectly under Windows 95.

When I use my Monogram Wizard Plus, after a certain time the screen turns black and white and starts stitching the design out onscreen very slowly. I get a message saying “the file Lace Objects.ldf can’t be found” or “The program is missing Critical Modules”. When I click OK, the program shuts down. I just saved a design as a PES file and when I put it into my machine/PED Basic/PE Design I get a message saying “No Sewing Data”.

Answer: Click on Download and then click on the Latest Versions link to find what the current release version is.

It does work, but likely there is still something wrong with the registry settings (installation is not the strongest point of Adaptec). You might try the fix which is available on the following site: Winamp reports the location of the first MPEG header in the MPEG stream data. If you have enabled the ID3V2 tags, it will place the ID3V2 header before the MPEG stream, the the first MPEG header will be shifted with the size of the ID3V2 header.
