Traffic data is collected at Bellevue's signalized intersections, and sent to the city's central traffic computer via field communication facilities. The data is then processed and forwarded to the city's GIS server for mapping and display on the city web site.

The world is divided into 24 time zones starting with Greenwich, UK at the 00 time zone. The +1 through +12 is counted eastwards, and -1 through- 12 is counted westwards until they meet at the date line cutting through the Pacific. Column B in the @UNITS_ADVANCED table (rules.txt) has two effects. Firstly, it prevents a unit from being built on the specified map/s. Secondly, it prevents a unit from accessing such maps via the native transport ability (column F). It does not prevent a unit from using a transporter to enter the specified map/s (column E handles that). Coordinates are the same as on normal maps. You have your X-axis, which is the horizontal axis. The Y-axis is the vertical axis. Coordinates are usually made like this: (XX,YY). Planet coordinates add another number, the planet number (Z). So your coordinate will look like this: (XX,YY:ZZ). To use the map, click on one of the sectors. The Zoom-In Tool enables you to zoom-in to a specific location. Simply click on this tool with your mouse, then click on the map and hold your finger down while dragging a box around the area you want to zoom in to. When you complete the box, release your mouse button, and the map will zoom in to your area. The Zoom-Out Tool enables you to zoom out from the current map.
