The city has not elected to allow buy-back credit. Forms may be completed to have the time reinstated, but money value can not be reinstated. This can only be adopted through Council approval. Military Buy-Back, up to 60 months, is allowed for current employees who are employed at least 5 years, and who have not previously retired from military service.

You will record your pay in an on line (web based) payroll system. The information needed to log on the system, a password, and instructions on the use of the system will be provided to each employee upon hiring.

Time worked 9500 is appropriate for all time worked. Only physicians and physician assistants that are eligible for "Extended Duty" should use A/A Type 9510. Extended Duty is not OT. It is payment for additional hours worked at a rate that is stored with the position.  Unless you are eligible, you should not use 9510.

Article 14 of the UF-CCCCD Agreement lists the early retirement options. Currently, there is no "Golden Handshake" Program since the State did not renew the legislation permitting this program. However, full-time faculty may choose: the Emeritus program which allows faculty upon retirement to teach and earn the (STRS-defined) maximum compensation allowable while concurrently receiving STRS benefits.

If the state did not require licensure at the time of your practice, then you must attach a signed and dated statement noting the places you worked and that licensure was not required at the time you were practicing in that state.

The Department receives a copy of the Notice of Separation at which time they send a Return of Contributions packet giving the options available. If you have less than 10 years of service, you can either request a Return of Contributions (ROC) or request to have the contributions rolled over to an Individual Retirement Account (IRA).

When an item or vehicle has been declared surplus due to age or condition and the item is not being traded in, the City of Park Ridge conducts a public auction. This is either held as a sealed bid auction or through the Northwest Municipal Conference auctions that are held several times a year. In either case, the auction will be advertised in a local paper and it will be posted on the City's website.

Right now, we are primarily interested in buying properties located in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, in Florida. The Old Time Candy Company is not the manufacturer of any of the products we sell. We are retailers who buy candy from over 40 different manufacturers and resell it on the web. We don't know where else it might be sold. In most cases the candy we sell is only available in certain regions of the country. The decision to sell regionally is made by the manufacturer. If you can't find your old time favorites in your area, they are available from our website.

Because many buyers prefer to move in the spring or summer, the market starts to heat up as early as February. Families with children are eager to buy so they can move during summer vacation, before the new school year begins. The market slows down in late summer before picking up again briefly in the fall. November and December have traditionally been slow months, although some astute buyers look for bargains during this period.
