Pull your filter out of your furnace or air handler, the size will be written on the side. If your filter is media only and does not indicate the size, measure the media. If you have a filter that is wrapped around the bottom of the furnace please call for instructions. It is an industry standard that actual filter size is 1/4 to 1/2 inch smaller than stated size.

The filter shipped with your Carrier unit is made from higher-quality materials than those of the disposable filters found in retail stores. For that reason, replacement Carrier filters can only be purchased through a Carrier dealer. However, keep in mind that Carrier filters are reusable, and can be washed by hand in cold water. We highly recommend, regardless of your weight, height or physical body condition, you measure your arm circumference. If your arm size is 7 to 9 inches you need the small adult cuff, 9 to 13 inches is the standard size adult cuff, and 13 to 17 inches is the large adult cuff. Each model is approved for use with specified cuff sizes. Measuring for a bracelet - Use a soft tape measure and give me the measurement of your wrist, at the wrist bone, not the bracelet size you usually wear. Note the measurement to the closest 1/4 of an inch or in centimeters and enter it in the "comments" section when checking out.
