We recommend that you use a logo that is on a white background, and it cannot be larger than 400 x 200 pixels and must be of GIF or JPEG format.

Yes we can! If you are ordering a vinyl lettered banner with graphics, we require a vector format file (see artwork page for file information). For a digital print banners, we will be printing your logo on the banner and can use almost any high quality logo artwork.

For previewing an image in the Promotional Solutions Design Center, you need to make sure you upload one of the followign formats: EPS*, JPG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, TGA, or GIF. Make sure that your file is smaller than 1MB, and basically as small as possible. If your file is larger than this size, you may have difficulty uploading it using the browser-based form. Larger files take longer to upload and process when previewing an image.

In your Admin Console, click on the Customize Website button, and then click on the Browse button, which will allow you to browse your computer for a logo file to upload. Once you have selected the file, click on the Update button.

You are a Standard Member. You must upgrade to a Premium Membership in order to have a logo and a description. If you want to upgrade simply log in and choose Upgrade on the Account Info page.
