People arrive on Friday after 5:30pm; Departures on Sunday are at 4pm (or Monday on Labor Day Weekend).

If you have tickets in your possession you should check in at the airline counter no less than 60 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you have reservations, but do not have tickets in your possession, allow more time and check with your airline.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your massage. If you are a new client you will need to fill out a case history form. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your treatment. Unfortunately no matter how late you start, your treatment will end at the allotted time.

From New Bedford, we recommend that you plan to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to a departure during the summer season. Boarding will begin 15 minutes prior to the departure. Reservations not picked up 10 minutes prior to a departure may be released to stand-by passengers.

Lettings commence at 4.00 pm on the first day of your holiday (Saturday) and end at 10.00 am on the day of departure (Saturday). Fortunately, our keyholder lives close by but obviously she needs time to prepare the cottage for incoming guests. Full contact details for the keyholder will be provided with all confirmed bookings so that you can make any arrangements to gain access if you will be arriving later than 4.00pm.

One of the primary benefits of charter is that you set the schedule. You set the departure time and arrive at your convenience. The aircraft will be normally ready for departure no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time and will depart when your group is ready to go.

Passengers should consult their individual airline, but we recommend arriving at least two hours in advance of flight time. Again, keep in mind that if it is necessary to remove liquids at the checkpoint, time will be added to the process.

We highly recommend that you arrive at least two days prior to your tour date in order to acclimate to any time differences, thus being prepared to fully enjoy your tour. Check-in can be any time after 4.0 pm on the day of arrival and check-out must be by 10.0 am on the day of departure. This is to allow time for the property to be cleaned before new guests arrive. It may be possible to deviate from these times depending on the bookings schedule. You would need to discuss this with our local office in Gozo when you arrive.)

Arrivals are generally from 3 pm onwards but some properties do vary. When your holiday has been paid in full we will write to you with further details and this will confirm the arrival time for the property you have booked. We ask that you vacate the property no later than 10 am on day of departure as we need to allow sufficient time to get our properties cleaned and ready for our next visitors. Back to top

Airport and airline officials encourage travelers to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before domestic, and two hours before international scheduled departures. This time will allow the traveler to find parking, catch the shuttle bus from the lot, check-in at the ticket counter or curbside, and clear through the security check point. Officials also encourage travelers to call their airlines 1-800 number regarding any questions you may have on the status of your flight.

Please allow at least 30 minutes prior to departure. There is a U.S.C.G. safety meeting that is held 15 minutes before departure time that all customers must attend prior to boarding the boat.
