This is due to a bug in Internet Explorer v6, relating to corrupt cache files and/or corrupted cookies and occurs mainly over SSL. We do not at this time have a definative solution, but using the utility at https://members.easydns.com/utils/delete_cookies.php to clear the easyDNS cookies usually does it. Otherwise the best solution at this time is to use a different browser.

This is usually caused by incorrect settings within Internet Explorer. More than likely you probably are not connected to our service and this is the reason the page can not be displayed. If after entering your username and your password, you are presented with this error, that usually means that it is a firewall issue. You should check with the IT department at your location. Firstly, there is your weight progress chart, this shows your weight over 11 weeks. Bars coloured green show your actual weight as provided by you at each weigh-in and yellow bars show your estimated weight in the weeks to come. From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Internet Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a number of tab buttons at the top. Click on the "Advanced" tab. Scroll down within the window until you've reached the "Security" section.
