Often, laser printers are default set to high resolution (ex. 1200 dpi). This generates very large files that obstruct the operations of the printer. Try setting the resolution to 300 dpi.

This could be one of a number of problems, but the most frequent is a browser problem... Some browsers don't recognize the HTML code <INPUT TYPE=IMAGE...>. I think Netcom NetCruiser still has this problem, and older versions of other web browsers. You'll need to upgrade your web browser.

Generally this is due to a shifting of paper and fabric. The shifting is typically due to non-uniform tension of the paper, fabric, or both. To eliminate the problem, vary the paper and fabric tension until optimum results are achieved. In rare instances, some fabrics and papers are not compatible and one or the other must be changed. Shifting may also occur when using an extremely slick grade of paper, defective paper, or even old paper - especially if stored in an area without climate control.

The software we use to serve WebCam images does certain things to verify that a real live Web browser is being used to view WebCam images. Chances are that you are either using an outdated Web browser (we recommend using Netscape Navigator 4 or later, or Internet Explorer 5 or later, as we've tested with multiple versions of each of these), or are using a piece of software, like a firewall or ad blocker, which blocks normal browser information.

This is without a doubt our most-asked question. It's actually pretty easy once you've got the first one under your belt. You need 2" extra ON EACH SIDE for the wrap. Think of it as wrapping a box, and you need paper for the sides. So - a 16x16 finished size becomes a 20x20 when it's submitted. Here's what you do: Open a blank 20x20 file in Photoshop, 300 dpi (or the same dpi as your image). Bring your ruler guides in 2" from the top, bottom, left and right.

The first step is a visual evaluation of the chimney crown, mortar joints and flashing. Often we find the crown has cracks caused by shrinkage of the mortar during construction. These start out as hairline cracks but get bigger over the years from freeze thaw-cycles and the natural expansion-contraction that occurs during the spring & summer seasons. If the chimney has darkened from mold and mildew, we recommend cleaning the surface of the brick by power washing.

The floating residue is generally small calcium carbonate particles with enough trapped air to allow them to float. They can come from the natural insolubles in the product or be formed by pH or total alkalinity levels that are too high. Operating the pump for longer periods should remove the residue through the skimmer. Check to see that the weir flap on the skimmer is functioning properly to prevent any skimmer residue from returning to the pool.
