If your IDD calls is to be charged to your department you can use the "NUS IDD" service. Your department's Phone Admin can grant you access based oon your staff ID. Alternatively you can register your DID number with IDD Service Providers.

If your Staff ID have been given permission to make IDD calls by your department you can use any NUS IPTel Cisco 7940 or Cisco 7960 IP Phone to access the IDD service by pressing the "Services" button and select Option 5 "NUS IDD". You will be prompted to enter your Staff ID and PIN and be authenticated before you can make IDD calls. Note that the same PIN is used for accessing voicemail and the IPTel Options Settings.
