Additional rubber strips can be used for towers smaller than 1 7/8". Yes, they will fit this tower. We now offer Illusion X brackets that install in between our wakeboard tower speaker enclosures and the Illusion X tower. The enclosures and brackets are pre-drilled with the same 3 hole pattern in the Illusion X tower. Yes, our 6.5-7” wakeboard tower enclosures will fit many different 6.5” and oversized 6.5” speakers, but not all of them so check the speaker specifications carefully to make sure they will fit with our enclosures. The outside diameter of our enclosures should match up as close as possible to the speaker or speaker grill diameter to get the best possible fit. Holes for running speaker wire can be drilled one inch from the welds on the front or rear legs. Holes can also be added to the Top Section three inches in from the welds in the straight cross bar of the top section. If you add Top Section speakers or lights the wire will exit the top of the rear legs and enter the side of the Top Section. This short "bridge" will connect the top section to the legs electrically.
