From time to time customs does a random inspection of parcels from various sources being imported into the US and other countries. This is part of their routine. They should notify the intended recipient with a letter if the package is held, and they may hold them for a week or more before releasing them. If your package is not released from customs you can be issued a refund less the amount of $10 - $20 for dispensing fees and the shipping costs for your order.

The customer is responsible for knowing all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package, once, at our expense, as a courtesy to the customer. Due to rare occurrences with the postal service, packages can unfortunately get lost. This may be due to an incorrect address or postal issues beyond our control. If your order becomes lost in the mail, we will send you a replacement at no charge. If for some rare occasion that they decide to open your letter and see the contents and conclude that they are Cannabis seeds, they will send you a letter saying "You have attempted to order a controlled substance. We have had two "problems" with the postal service since we began shipping items (since 1997). One was a damaged shipment and we sent a replacement immediately for no charge. If your luggage does not seem to pop up on the conveyor system, look for it for a certain finite amount of time until the display will give indication for the last baggage. Contact the office of your Airline at the airport and fill up a DELAYED / LOST LUGGAGE form.
