Resin is nothing more than a 2 part mixture of liquids. But when combined at a ratio of 50% - 50% you get a hard durable product. Bowls and figurines just to name a few. They use a mold for products inwhich they pour the resin mixture into and it hardens very quickly. Almost destructable and yet light weight these make very nice fountain bowls & fignurines.Taken care of properly they will give you years of enjoyment.

Some types of timber contain a resin that may exude from the surface of the timber in hot weather and create rings of crusty white powder around knots in the timber. I cannot make one of ABS. But I can make one with a plastic of wood lipplate. I would normally use epoxy to fix the wood or plastic to the tube, but I could use shellac. The water curable polyurethane resin is very difficult to remove from clothing. Every effort should be made to avoid any contact of the casting socks with skin or clothing.
