You will not be able to retrieve your old PIN, but if you call the automated response line at 1-800-955-7070 and follow the prompts, you will be able to create a new one right over the phone

Federal Tax/Employer Identification Numbers are issued through the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The IRS can be reached at: State Tax/Employer Identification Numbers and Wholesaler's Registration Numbers are issued through the Georgia Department of Revenue.

Each PAYlution card is pre-encoded with a PIN, which is required to authorize ATM or POS transaction requests. If you lose or forget your PIN, you will need to request a new card by contacting your Program Operator.

The Employee Identification Number is obtained from the Internal Revenue Service, www.irs.ustreas.gov. The Corporations Division does not issue, or maintain record of, EINs.

Bring your card into any of our three offices and a teller can change your PIN to a number of your choice. We need the actual card in order to encode the new PIN onto the magnetic strip on the back. Remember, PIN numbers cannot be issued in consecutive order, such as 1234 or 4321. Pick a unique number that only you would know, but be able to remember.

Your PIN is usually your birth date in a six-digit format (ex. September 5, 1968 would be 090568). If you are unable to log in, your PIN may have defaulted to the last six digits of your ID number. If you still have trouble logging in, please contact us by e-mail at alumnae@hollins.edu to verify your PIN.

When you call in to activate your Card, you will be given a Personal Identification Number, or PIN. If you forget your PIN or want to change your PIN, contact a Customer Service Representative toll-free at 1-866-383-3960. Cardholders can also select a PIN through a secure Internet site at www.accesspayday.com . Additional Cards for family members will have their own PIN.

a security measure, PINs are not kept on our system. Therefore if you forget your PIN, a new one can be obtained at a TD Canada Trust branch. Please note, PINs for U.S. Dollar Visa Cards cannot be selected at a TD Canada Trust branch. If you require a PIN for your TD U.S. Dollar Visa Card, please call 1-877-983-1871.

When a new card is sent to you a new PIN will be sent automatically, except where the new card replaces an expired card. If you wish to use a different number for your PIN you must visit a Personal Financial Centre to change your PIN. You cannot change your PIN over the phone, at an ATM or another financial institution.

If you would like to request a PIN or have forgotten your PIN simply call HSBC MasterCard Customer Care at 1-866-406-HSBC (4722) to have a PIN mailed to you.

You must use a numeric PIN for this purpose, since the TeleBranch 24 system only accepts numbers. Your PIN will be 4 digits long. We suggest that you not use numbers that are part of your birthday, address, phone or social security number to prevent someone from guessing your PIN. To change your PIN for both Account Access and TeleBranch 24, click on the User Options icon. Then go to the Change Password option.
