The application process can usually take anywhere from 1-3 weeks ? occasionally longer (given the time of year). However, in the event that interested participants require their application expedited due to time constraints, they are requested to contact Global Crossroad's offices prior to submitting their application.

The PBCC sends applications to PennDOT in batches around the 15th and the 30th of each month. Once PennDOT receives an application it takes about 6 weeks until the license plate arrives in your mailbox. Why? Because these specialty plates are not pre-made. Once we have all parts of the application packet, including a recent physical and tuberculosis screening or waiver (both signed by a physician within the last 30 days), your family member can start participating within 48 hours.

soon as you have completed the online CEC exam, it will be graded automatically. Your results will appear on a web page. You will also receive an email to confirm the result. You can print your Certificate of Completion by going to “My CECs” under My Account on your member’s home page.
