The EIS suite Eudora conduit defaults to downloading 250 characters during a hotsync as a result of which some messages may get truncated on the Palm device. To increase the number of characters downloaded during a hotsync, simply right-click on the hotsync icon in the system tray, choosing custom and clicking Eudora -> Change -> Sync with (client) to change the number of characters downloaded.

Some e-mail programs, like Eudora, allow you to create an address book entry with multiple addresses. Eudora seems to have an unlimited e-mail address field, so when you import Eudora address book to Calypso, longer addresses will be truncated. You can specify multiple e-mail addresses for a Calypso address book entry if each address is separated by a comma.
