Either you need to use the hotkeys to adjust the image, or the glasses lenses aren't flickering. If the image is blurry that could mean your glasses aren't turned on. For the wired they will turn on automatically, for wireless you need to hit the small ON button above the left lens. Click once for ON and it will stay on until you end the game. The lens should noticeably darken just a bit and everything will appear in clear 3D.

If you are trying to clear a tty (e.g. xterm) screen then try either of the following within your script: system "clear"; or print 'clear'; (where the choice between these two depends on the rest of the script: the first is fast - but proceeds via fork and may not occur at exactly the time that you want it to in the script). David and Rachel Weintraub <davidw@cnj.digex.net> recommend using the old termcap.pl p4 library. You might also consider the perl 5 equivalents: Term.

We use two types of video transport. The first one is Quicktime Streaming. This is for the full-length Penthouse Videos. The picture quality is lower to allow a full-length movie to be streamed with less download time. The second is Quicktime Progressive Downloads. These are for the shorter clips (up to 5 minutes) that we offer on the site. We can improve some blurry images by applying specific filters. This method redraws the image and defines some of the lines of the image which we can then enlarge and make sharper. Using this process changes your photo and is best suited for an interpretive paint style like our Pop Art Pet Portraits. We do, however, encourage you to send the best possible image quality you have - at the highest resolution possible.

If you are using a recent version of Acrobat Reader, and your printer successfully prints other types of documents, then the most common cause of Acrobat printing errors is a missing or damaged printer driver. Try uninstalling/reinstalling your printer, and be sure that the installation process uses the driver that comes on the printer's installation CD or diskette. The default printer drivers that come with Windows can sometimes cause problems.

We are aware that some viewers, especially those using aol, may find the image to be distorted or blurry at times. This is an issue with aol that we have been unable to resolve. Internet copying. Except for some of the abstracts, I guarantee each and every one of my prints to be as clear and vivid as if you were looking through a window! At my shows, one of the most frequent questions I'm asked is if my photographs are real, because they appear so perfect. My images are all actual photographs and are not graphically enhanced or manipulated in any way. What you see is exactly what I saw when I took the picture.

Blurry images are generally due to one or all of the following three causes. The subject was not in focus, the camera was moving at the time of the exposure, the image was captured at too low a resolution. Out of focus images are by far the biggest problem with most of the images we see on the internet, we strongly urge you to learn to focus your camera. It will probably require you to dig out and spend some time with your camera's user manual.

Depending on the size of the original document, some of the thumbnails are less than 1% of the size of the original. This extreme condensation of information is difficult to do with perfect clarity. The role of the thumbnail is to help you figure out if a particular map is the one you are looking for.

The resize command in Solaris 2 isn't quite as useful as the one in the previous version of the OS, so what I would do is create a script in a bin directory... And use that. To do that, I would do the following: Then, every time you find yourself with the wrong screen size, just type "rs", and it will resize the screen for you.

The satellite map is a web service we utilize from Microsoft Virtual Earth. Microsoft is continually updating Virtual Earth with new imagery provided by their partners. According to Microsoft, they are working to update the existing aerial imagery, as well as adding new data, such as birds eye and global satellite imagery at 15 meters. This is not a standard C++ feature — C++ doesn't even require your system to have a screen. That means every operating system and vendor does it somewhat differently. Please read the documentation that came with your compiler for details on your particular installation.

Occasionally, the digital file we get for displaying a new photo on screen is very small. When we enlarge it for display on the ordering screens it can appear blurry. However, once an order is placed for a photo, we obtain a high-resolution digital file of that photo for printing at the maximum resolution possible. Fast PDF optimizes fonts for printing, and printers have a different resolution than computer screens. Some fonts work well at both resolutions, but some don't. We'll be upgrading the fonts (and the font-handling software...) on our servers to higher quality versions as we can so that conversion results will look good both printed and on the screen.
