Vanilla implementation" means that we intend to install and implement the Banner system as delivered by the vendor, Sungard SCT. No modifications will be made to the delivered system other than configuring the core Sungard SCT system with UNM specific data and values. This allows the University to procure maintenance services from Sungard SCT and install future Sungard SCT releases, updates and modifications more easily and quickly when they occur.
