The precise terms and conditions of this plan are specified in the Policy Contract. If in doubt, you should seek advice from an AIA Financial Services Consultant. If you choose not to do so, you should consider carefully whether the product is suitable for you.

Meal plans cannot be changed once the semester has begun. All changes after that point will need to wait until the next semester. It is assumed that your meal plan will remain the same for both semesters. If you wish to change your meal plan for the following semester, you need to fill out your Spring Intention form or stop by the Residence Life Office by the last day of the semester.

We hope that you are never unsatisfied with our service. However, if you are not satisfied with our services you can request a refund. Cancellations made within the first 30 days of the life of the plan will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.
