The Montgomery Municipal Court will notify the person indicated on the permit as the alarm user. This person will be responsible for the fine.

You'll be sent statements regularly through the post detailing the transactions you've made on your MasterCard and when your bill is due to be paid.

In most cases the court will allow a defendant to dispute a fine; however there are some courts that once the case has been sent to collections do not allow a defendant the opportunity to dispute the fine. Each court is different, so in your case, it is best you contact our Collections Department at 1-800-616-0166 to find out the specifics for your individual case(s).

You can never owe more than the value of the home at the time the loan is repaid. Reverse mortgages are generally "nonrecourse" loans, which means that in seeking repayment the lender does not have recourse to anything other than your home. Not your income, your other assets, or your heirs.

Your tax statement is determined after the Board of Review has been completed. The statements can be expected in early December. Your first installment (or to pay in full) by January 31st of each year and are sent to the Town. The second installment is due July 31st to the Sauk County Treasurer.

The balance of the one-month's rent and the security deposit is due at move-in regardless of the day of the month. If you move in during the middle of a month the prorated rent charge will be due on the first day of the second month you are in the property. Back to top
