To gain access to the service after losing your user name or password, click here or click on the "Lost Password" link on the login page.

Assuming that $wgPasswordSalt is set to true (the default), you can use the following SQL query: UPDATE user SET user_password = MD5(CONCAT(user_id, '-', MD5('somepass'))) WHERE user_name = 'someuser'; Where obviously "somepass" is changed to the password you want to set and "someuser" is changed to the user name as it is listed in the table "user".

If you've forgotten your User Name or Password, go to the home page and click the forgot password link on the top left pane of the page. Next, type the email address you used when you registered, then click Submit. You will receive an email from feedback@ndei.org containing your User Name and Password. (It's important to keep your email address current. If your email address changes at any time after you register, be sure to update it using the "My Profile" link from the "My NDEI" page.)

Go to "My NDEI" and click on the "My Profile" link. On this page, you can change your Password. User Names cannot be changed once entered into the system. If you would like to change your User Name, you must re-register.

Passwords are changed on the Edit Existing User screen (see above). If you have included the person's email address, the control panel will automatically send new logon instructions by email. Changes take effect immediately.

If you have forgotten your password, go to www.cosmetologycampus.com and click on the "forgot password" link below the student login. Then enter your email address. You should receive an email to your email address stating your password. If you have forgotten your username and password, please contact customer support at 866-861-1985. No! You do not have to complete a session in one sitting. At the end of a section, you can log out and when you log back in, all of your information will be saved.

If you suspect that your User ID/password/memorable data have been discovered by someone else, or you have forgotten your details, please contact us on +44 (0) 1624 695004. Lines are open (Isle of Man time) Monday-Thursday 8am - 8pm, Friday 8am - 6:30pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, and Sunday 10am - 4pm, excluding Manx bank holidays. Once we have established your identity, you will be issued with a new unique User ID and password.

Please click on the link "If you forgot your password click here". A window will open, please enter your username and click submit. You will receive an email that will include a link. Click on the link and this will allow you to enter a new password. If you enter your username and you are advised that this is an invalid username, please contact our office at support@hooperholmes.ca with your name, agency, email address and phone number.

If you are a Real-Time Editing user, you can retrieve your password by submitting a request through the Password Recovery page at www.mylGlobal.com/rte/forgetPassword.jsp. Your password will be sent to the email address that you registered as the return email address of your account. If you are not a Real-Time Editing user, you can email us your registered login email address to support@myl.com.hk. Our support team will contact you within one business day.
