Donal says- “I can create bouquets in the theme of the wedding flowers and then pack them in water packs for transportation. They look really good and they can be given as gifts and then if the recipient is staying the night at the venue they can keep it in the water pack overnight, then take it home with them with no fuss. Alternatively our Dutch supplier can source bay trees, olive trees, designer orchids and other plants which also make great gifts if you want something different.

Absolutely! Just because you don't call in during membership drives, we don't want those of you who contribute on a monthly basis to be left without a proper thank you! As a sustaining member, you are entitled to receive one thank you gift per year, based on the amount of your annual contribution. Look for a letter from us around the anniversary of your initial pledge each year, which lists the current thank you gifts from which you may choose.

Essentially, you'll need a modified version of your wedding invitation mailing list. You can quickly create this in MY WEDDING PLANNER (Available after Jan. 15, 2002) by checking-off "Thank-You List" for everyone who send you a wedding gift. That's always how you start or add names to any mailing list you are creating. You simply check-off which mailing list(s) you want people to be on.

If a person gives you a gift for each event, you must still write a thank you note for each gift. Thank you notes for a shower or engagement party should be sent out 2-3 weeks after the event.
