There are a number of reasons you might not be able to view movies even if you do have QuickTime installed: QuickTime version - Make sure you have the most recent version of QuickTime for your computer. No, QuickTime Pro is not necessary for playback of MPEG-2 content with the MPEG-2 Playback Component. You need only QuickTime 6 Player or QuickTime 7 Player and the MPEG-2 Playback Component to view MPEG-2 content. Yes. Send an e-mail to us and include your name, the product you lost the code for and your billing address as it was when you first registered the software. Please note that it may take some time for us to send you your registration code, so please be patient.

It depends on the product you are specifically talking about. For Dungeon Master related products, simply run the program with "/REGISTER" on the command-line. For BRE, FE, FH and TAL, run the program with "REGISTER" on the command-line. Global War and Global Backgammon both require you to place the registration name and number in the configuration files WAR.CFG and GAMMON.CFG.

Downloading does not cost anything. You are only charged when you choose to pay. You do not need to enter your registration code when downloading. When you run the program, after downloading and installing, you may see a reminder to pay window. Click Enter Code at the bottom of that window, and you will be able to enter your name and registration code. If you do not see that reminder, the program was able to find that information on your computer.
