To select the folder (or folders) to sync between Lotus Notes and your BlackBerry, follow the steps below. Click the trackwheel again. A menu will be displayed. Scroll down and select Options and click the trackwheel. A list of the folders that are in your mailbox will be displayed. The folders that are currently being synchronized will have a check mark next to their name. To select one folder to sync, scroll to the folder name and click the trackwheel.
