No checked baggage is permitted when using online check-in (including mobility equipment which must be carried in the hold of the aircraft); passengers can carry one item of hand baggage per passenger, weighing up to 7kg with maximum dimensions of 20cm x 28cm x 43cm (8x11x17ins). Hand luggage must contain NO prohibited items. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and to deny you boarding if you arrive at the boarding gate with luggage in excess of your cabin allowance.

Passengers without baggage, can directly proceed to the boarding gate with their boarding passes produced by the Self Check-in kiosk. Passengers with baggage, can go to a dedicated bag drop, where the baggage will be tagged by a customer service agent and sent to the aircraft.

Starting September 28, 2001, airports will re-activate curbside check-in, which includes Skycap service and EasyCheck-in self-service units where available, at most of its airports. Airlines are working with the FAA and individual airports to ensure that they are in compliance with all security mandates. Customers are required to show a paper ticket or E-Ticket receipt and photo ID to the Skycap before checking baggage.

Online check-in is available for the passengers with or without baggage. It is not need to register your baggage details while check-in. Baggage check-in process might be completed at the airport “baggage drop off point” or “online check-in desk”. Desks are closed 45 minutes to international, 30 minutes to domestic flights schedule departing time. In case of excess baggage, passengers have to consider the time will be spent for excess baggage payment process.

The most restrictive airline regulations permit two checked pieces per passenger for which the total sum of the linear dimensions (length + width + height) of both should not exceed 106 inches or a maximum weight of 44 pounds. One piece of carryon luggage is allowed per passenger for which the linear dimensions should not exceed a sum of 41 inches or a maximum weight of 15 pounds and shall fit completely underneath an aircraft seat.

Applies to all travel/connections to/from the US/Canada/Territories and certain countries in South and Central America. Super First Class/Super Business Class/Business Class/Evergreen Deluxe Class: Two pieces, neither to exceed 62 in/158 cm in size or 70 lb/32 kg in weight. Two pieces, neither to exceed 62 in/158 cm in size and 70 lb/32 kg in weight. The total dimension for the two pieces cannot exceed 107 in/273 cm. Different regulations apply to special baggage, as attached.

Subject to state and local restrictions on transporting firearms you may still transport a firearm in your checked baggage. However you should first check with your airline or travel agent to see if firearms are permitted in checked baggage on the airline you are flying. Ask about limitations or fees if any that apply. Firearms carried as checked baggage MUST be unloaded packed in a locked hard-sided gun case and declared to the airline at check-in.

The Transportation Security Administration recommends that you use cable or zip ties as an alternative to baggage locks to facilitate the baggage screening process. For more information, please see the TSA's web site at www.tsa.gov.

If you printed your boarding pass online at www.iflygo.com and are not checking bags, you may go directly to the gate. Please ensure that you arrive at the gate at least 20 minutes prior to departure. If you did not print your boarding pass online and are not checking bags, please check in at the go! ticket counters or go! self service kiosk at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

Each ticketed passenger is permitted to check-in two pieces of baggage free of charge. For travel within the State of Hawaii and to and from the Continental U.S the first and second pieces each may not be more than 62 linear inches and weigh no more than 50 pounds.

Passengers wishing to check luggage will be charged a per person, per bag, per segment Baggage Transport Fee. All Baggage Transport Fees are non-refundable. Each bag must weight 50lbs or less. The outside measurements of each bag must not exceed eighty (80) inches. Each additional bag, in excess of two, will be charged a fee of $50.00 per bag. The total number of bags allowed may not exceed 5 per passenger.

Checked baggage for charter air is limited to two suitcases not to exceed 62" and 55" respectively in overall length, width and height per passenger. Also, the total weight of all suitcases may not exceed 44 pounds. Each piece of excess baggage, subject to carrier acceptance, cannot weigh more than 22 pounds and may be subject to an additional charge. Baggage limitations for scheduled air vary by carrier.

The TSA will be screening all checked baggage on January 1 using several methods. Some of the screening equipment will be visible in the lobby while other equipment will be "behind the scenes." Whether you see differences or not please be assured that all checked bags will be screened.

Each guest is allowed 15 kilograms of checked-in baggage. Checked baggage in excess of 15 kilograms is subject to excess baggage charge.

If you change planes en route to Santiago, check with an airline employee to make sure your bags have been transferred. You will clear customs and immigration in Santiago. Be advised that as of 2003, US citizens on their first visit to Chile must pay US$ 100 in cash for their visa at immigration. This amount may change, and other foreign nationals may need to pay differing amounts but always in US Dollars and in cash.
