Most of the lists that boast millions of e-mail addresses are usually unsolicited and open to SPAM. You must either subscribe to or purchase lists from Safe Lists or Opt-in Mailing Lists.

There is a First Class minimum of 500 pieces. U.S. Bulk rate, also known as Standard Mail, offers lower postage rates but with a longer delivery time. You can expect delivery in 10-14 days nationally and 4-6 days in California and the Southwest U.S. There is a minimum of 200 pieces for Standard Mail.

When SpamGuard is on, messages that trip its "spam alarm" are automatically directed to the Bulk folder - which reduces the amount of spam you receive in your Inbox.
