You can start you lessons as soon as you have received your enrolment confirmation and timetable. Simply choose the teacher you’d like to have your first lesson with and book the day and time that they are available.

Yes, though we think that most people will want to get an acoustic piano within a year after starting lessons, if not sooner. Even the best digital keyboards, which can run several thousand dollars in price, can't duplicate the sound and "feel" of an acoustic piano, so they really can't "replace" a piano. However, for the neophyte student, there are some "all in one" packages which provide a 3-4 octave keyboard along with learning software for under $200.

You can learn at any age, however the younger you are when you start, the better. There are many people who began learning Japanese for the first time at college and became fluent in Japanese later. Actually some of my students have more knowledge and much better language skill than average native Japanese. The only problem they have is pronunciation. They speak, write and read fluently but can't pronounce certain words correctly like a native Japanese.

Strictly speaking you can commence pilot training at any age, as long as you can reach all the controls! We suggest that the earliest you should start lessons is 14 years of age. long as you continue to pass your Class 2 medical exam, and remain healthy between examinations, there is no age restriction on a Private Pilot Licence. If you are not medically fit, or are uncomfortable about flying solo, you may wish to experience flight with our Fun Fly option.

Group lessons take place from December 25, 2006 to April 16, 2007 from Monday to Saturday for children/teenagers ski and from Monday to Friday for children/teenagers snowboard/adults ski.

Private lessons take place as soon as the mountain cableways start operating. Daily until April 17, 2006.

For most of us it is 17 years but if you are currently getting Disability Living Allowance at the higher rate (mobility component) you can start at 16

It depends on your instructor, usually between 9-10am. Lunch somewhere between midday and 2pm. Finish lessons about 3-5pm.

It depends on the instrument, their physical size and attention span. Their attention span must long enough to concentrate during the lesson and practice for 10 minutes or more at a time. The ages given here are simply a guideline: Piano -- Children can begin as early as age 5. Your child should be able to recognize numbers one through five and understand the correlation between the numbers on the page and the finger numbers.

A valid licence…in most cases that will be a UK provisional licence (old or new style) or an International licence, or in some circumstances a foreign licence which entitles the holder to 12 months permitted driving in the UK. More information can be found by looking at the DVLA official website.

You should begin your lessons at least 8 - 10 weeks before your wedding. If you have less time we will endeavour to arrange lessons to suit the shorter timescale.

The recommended age to begin lessons is between 5-7 years old, slightly younger for the Suzuki method. Some instruments do not come in children's sizes and require considerable fine motor skills, so our instructors may recommend waiting until the child is in 4th or 5th grade. Attention span, reading skills and time available for daily practice are other factors to consider before enrolling your child in music instruction.

A You are the best judge of your child of course but generally I wouldn't recommend formal lessons until about the age of six.

I have given riding instruction to people from 4 to 62. To truly teach riding skills and style, a good age to begin is around 7 years old. Younger students can benefit from lessons by becoming comfortable around horses - both on the ground and on the horse. Its never too late to learn to ride and enjoy all that horses have to offer.
