Once it is healed, there is very little that will screw up a tattoo. The one exception is prolonged exposure to sunlight. (the other is scarring, but that is patently obvious). Well, unfortunately it is. The newer inks are better at resisting fading but whatever you do, if you spend lots of time in bright sunlight your tats will fade (over a lifetime, not over a week). Upgrading an ECU only changes the programming of the ECU and has nothing to do with repairing physical damage to the circuit board. Paying to have a faulty ECU upgraded results in a ECU that is still faulty, but has an upgraded computer program on it. Metal tape or frankly anything metal on a sloped ceiling, which means some cold air, is reacting with the metal which is reacting with the metal tape, thereby causing condensation and the compound to crack. Place your hand on your wall and move it up to where the tape is. I would think it is colder to the touch. Greg is right not just regular compound should have been used. I always use fixvol to reformat the track the bad spot is on. Generally, tattoos heal in about 2-3 weeks after the procedure, during this time, the tattoo should be kept clean, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Many artists recommend the light use of moisturizing lotion on the tattooed area during the healing process. This is all a matter of personal taste. You can get whatever you want, and whatever your artist is willing to do. You can choose a picture off the wall, or you can have them create a custom piece just for you. Your only limit is your own imagination. As far as where you should get it goes, just keep in mind what you do for work and the type of social circles you are in.
