Providers work in diverse areas such as aiding clients to access the community, training clients in independent living skills, providing ongoing job support, providing respite to a client's regular caregiver, and many other areas.

A provider is a health care worker who gives people services, such as a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or dentist.

MetroPlus pays for your care and you should not get a bill from a provider. If you get a bill, please call Member Services at 1 - 800 - 303 - 9626 and we will help. MetroPlus Medicaid Managed Care Plan members can get prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and certain medical supplies by using their Medicaid Card at any pharmacy that accepts Medicaid. Plan members can get dental services from any dental provider who accepts Medicaid.

There are three different interfaces: the first is the customer interface (the shop), the second is the provider interface and the third is the admin interface. Admin interface is created for shop owners. The admin interface can be used to configure and control the store. Unlike the admin interface, provider interface can be accessed by several _different_ product providers. Each of them can add/modify/delete their own products and keep track of their own orders.
