Not technically. It is expected though that the candidates would have a GMAT score of 600 or better going by our experience with PGP-PMP 07-08. For CAT, however, there is a minimum score of 85+. The best score in previous three CATs would be used. The equivalent performance on the IIMA's specially designed test would be determined by the Admissions Committee for short-listing and application rating.
