Microfiber suede is a luxury fabric that has the look and feel of suede, plus the ease of care of a synthetic. Microfiber Suède is made of 100% polyester. Because of this it is very easy in use and our footmuffs and blankets are machine washable.

Gently clean the surface using a cotton cloth or any other soft cloth soaked in a solution of 5% neutral detergent for wool. Thoroughly remove all traces of detergent with a damp cloth, and then apply a suede protective substance when dry. Should the suede surface become wet, dry as soon as possible using a soft, dry cloth. Suede may be damaged by using brushes with bristles made of nylon or any other synthetic fibres, or solvents containing alcohol, petrol or alkaline acids.

Try the Microfiber towels around the house for dusting, mirrors, the shower or tub: in the car, RV or Boat. Dampen just with water to take many stains out of carpets or even clothes. Use dry to dust or clean your computer. Towels will remove loose hair from pets and are also great for drying them. And speaking of pets, better try our mop for picking up pet hair from floors. Just be creative with your Microfiber products.

Microfibers are tiny fibers that have been slit into millions of finer fibers that are no thicker than 1/100th of a human hair. The special slitting process produces an ultra-fine fiber with wedge shape filaments and a core of nylon. The wedge shape, the nylon core and the smaller size fiber are the key to their effectiveness. When these tiny fibers are woven together in the perfect combination, into a cloth through a unique weaving method the result is a powerful cleaning tool.

Yes, the Ultrasuede? will soften and conform better to a rider's leg after washing the garment. The suede on a few select fabrics is applied by using an adhesive, causing the suede to feel stiffer. The adhesive washes out with the first washing.

They're high quality leather which means that you can wear them out on the street without having to worry about ruining them like you would suede soles. You can create a suede-like sole by scuffing up the soles with a wire brush or on the pavement. This is a good idea as the soles can be really slick otherwise.

Apply the first coat of Suede Impressions using a roller and allow it to dry for 4 to 6 hours. Apply the second coat with a random overlapping "X" brushing technique. Use both the wide and narrow sides of the brush to Brush marks left on the surface is what produces the Suede Effect.

They are safe for virtually every surface and will never scratch or harm anything you use them on. Use on tile, linoleum, glass, wood, ceramic, marble, granite, plastic, vinyl, leather, and many more.

The handle is telescopic. To adjust handle turn the top part of handle to the left to loosen it. Then adjust the mop up or down to desired the length. Once you have it at the desired length, turn it to the right to tighten and lock in place. For best cleaning position set the handle to shoulder height.

When the boots have dried overnight, rub the suede with the same (dry) fingernail brush to brush up the nap of the suede. Note: If the suede becomes smooth you can very lightly sand the shiny area with some 120 grit sand paper to bring back up the nap. Do this before cleaning. Be very careful not to sand too deep and avoid the stitching.

Like leather, you can pre-treat them with sprays and conditioners/lotions, then apply cleaners for cleaning stains. Kiwi, AppleGuard, and Cadillac are good brands to look for for pre-treating. Suede cleaning eraser blocks are good for dry-cleaning suede. These can be found in drugstores.

The items in our Limited Edition Silk and Microfiber collections should not be machine washed -- simply spot clean if necessary. Please note: Vera Bradley does not recommend dry cleaning any of their products.

Machine wash with Micro-Restore, laundry detergent or hand wash with dish-washing detergent in warm water. It is preferable to wash microfiber by itself in order that it will not pick up lint from other fabrics. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Air-dry or put in dryer on low to medium heat. Do not iron.

Once again...your preference pays the largest role in deciding which seat material you want to go with, but here are some of the advantages/disadvantages to each: On a slick seat...the advantage is that it is easier to clean. You can use the same saddle cleaners, conditioners, oil on it as you use on the rest of your leather. Sometimes, if you have a gaited horse or a very smooth moving horse, the slick leather is nice because you move with their movement.
