Southern Africa, Australia and Argentina are in the Southern hemisphere, so seasons are opposite - and there are good times to go, in each area, all year round. Winters are a wonderful time - cool rather than cold, and of course spring and fall are perfect. Summers in most places are less hot than you might imagine, so let's talk to discuss options. East Africa is on the equator, where weather issues revolve around a couple months of rainy season.

The weather in Montana is as varied as its landscape. Summer days are often pleasant and dry and evenings are crisp and cool. Late June and early July are when the wildflowers really explode. The average temp is 70's to low 80's during the day, cooling at to 40-50's at night. Mid July to late August are probably the most popular time, so that space fills quickly. This is the warmest time, 75-85 during the day, cooling to 40-50's at night. August is always a nice month for long clear days.

November to March - warmest weather but this is the busy summer season when all facilities are often heavily booked especially in the holiday resorts. All facilities are operating and there is plenty of entertainment. April/May - Autumn in New Zealand. Temperatures are a little lower but still generally nice weather. There are less people travelling at this time so facilities can be less crowded and the autumn colours, often clear skies and settled weather make this a popular time to travel.

It seems unlikely there will be snow, but this is the upper midwest of the United States, and we can't totally rule it out. More likely, it will be between 40F (4C) and 80F (26C), and since it's spring, it will probably rain.

The temperature remains fairly constant at 70-80 degrees, tempered by trade winds which help keep the humidity down to a comfortable level. You may want a long sleeve shirt in the evenings when it cools down. Of course you always have to plan for the possibility of rain, although, we are not visiting during the rainy season

The 'dry' season from April to October seems to be generally considered preferable, at least as far as weather is concerned.

Although you can get a tattoo any time of the year, your skin gets a lot more abuse during the summer with swimming, tanning and just being exposed to the elements more. Winter time is really the best season to get a tattoo.

that time of year, it can still be pretty warm during the day, but it definitely cools off at night, so you will want a sweatshirt for sure. You may want to look at some of the pictures from past years to see what people were wearing then.

The best time of year to visit Belize depends on your objectives, budget, and preferences. The best weather is during what we call high season, which runs from mid November through the end of May. This coincides with our dry season. The period between June and mid November coincides with our rainy season and is called "green" or low season. Hotel rates and airline rates are highest in dry or high season. Most resorts, including Calico Jack's, offer discounts during low season.

That depends on what you mean by good! The "dry" season is May through October. Keep in mind that Vaoto Lodge is on a tropical island 14-degrees south of the equator, so you can expect our "dry" season to be somewhat wet! You can't have a rain forest without rain and it typically will rain a little every day. That being said, temperatures and humidity tend to moderate during the dry season.

In October or November, however, December and January are not too late to ensure adequate protection against the flu.

The weather is unpredictable most of the year, so you should be prepared for rain (particularly in Galicia), day-time heat and cold nights, especially in the Pyrenees, and the high passes in Galicia. See above "What about going in winter?" for advice on crossing the mountains in winter weather.

According to Promperú, the driest months are from May to September, the winter months in the Southern hemisphere. Temperatures can fall below freezing above 4500m, and it may be windy from August onwards. During the spring, September to December, there are likely to be early afternoon showers (sometimes accompanied by electrical storms) of short duration, and it may be cloudy and overcast. Nights during this season are clear (which means cold at high altitude).
