ACATs are scored during the last full working week of the month. All answer sheets received prior to that time will be processed. Typically, the score reports are mailed during the first working week of each month. Special scoring which does not conform to this schedule can be accomplished upon request for a fee.

You will receive an unofficial score immediately after taking the exam. Your official score will be sent by CLEP to the college you selected 3-6 weeks after your test date. Please remember that the unofficial score for English Composition with Essay will not be complete since CLEP must score the essay separately.

Once you have taken your examination it is sent to be scored. Results for multiple-choice exams are processed within approximately 4-6 weeks. Graphic divisions are processed within approximately 6-8 weeks of your test date. After processing, your score is forwarded directly to NCBA. NCBA records your score and sends it to you.

We will keep scores for as long as the student is a student and one year longer. We will never delete anything without attempting to contact the student first and we will let any scores 'age' at least a year before deleting.

The credit bureau's take about 10 business days to update. We process orders the same day we receive them.

It can take as little as two weeks to as long two months for exam scores to be issued by Thomson Prometric. Exam scores are sent directly to the Ohio Board by Thomson Prometric. Ohio makes every effort to send scores to candidates the same day they are received.

The scoreboard is set up to show an individual player's top five scores so that more players can appear on the scoreboard. When you click on a link to download the KT's Impossi-Bubble Adventures® III: Bubble Trouble Brother game from the Kewlbox Web site, a dialogue box similar to the following will appear. Make sure the "Save this program to disk" box is checked. Click the "OK" button. The following dialogue box will appear.

Scores for the multiple-choice divisions should be received in two or three weeks. Graphic divisions may take up to six or eight weeks.

The statistician for the VBHA is a volunteer position, like all the others. That person depends on the coaches or their score keepers to submit scores via email so that they can be compiled and added to the website. In the early part of the season, scores and standings are posted weekly, usually on Monday night. As the regular season draws to a close, the updates get more frequent as the standings are required for placing teams in the playoffs.
