The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is required of all non-U.S. applicants unless they have obtained a FOUR-YEAR academic degree (bachelor's degree) or advanced degree from an accredited institution of high education in the United States or from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction. For admission in the academic year 2008-2009, candidates must provide a score from Fall 2005 or later.
