Many times, engineers will use the multiplier as the decimal point. It harkens back to the days of poor printing when you could easily miss the decimal point (or comma in some euro diagrams) and screw things up royally. The same thing applies to capacitors. The longer the didg , the slower ones lips vibrate to match the change in the air pressure. At each length there is a different pressure required to kick start the vibrating drone of that particular didg. There is one other factor that can potentially make two didgs of different lengths have the same note. Ok first lets start with humidity and seasonal changes. Sometimes these will cause changes in the amount of relief present in your guitar neck. The result may be minor fret buzz or action that feels a bit higher than normal. A truss rod adjustment is usually all that is needed.
