Not from me, you can't. I just don't believe in oil finishes, not on a bass anyway. I know lots of people do them and swear up and down about it, but you won't get me to do one. I've spent a lot of time and resources coming up with what I feel is the best finish I can offer. I use a polyester product for the fill coats and a satin catalyzed conversion varnish for the top coats. There is an extra charge if you want a specific color, burst or dye job.

While I can't guarantee all those things, I will do my best at making recommendations and steer you in the right direction if you need some help picking out parts and materials. Keep in mind that what we build are custom basses and the bass you order will end up sounding how it ends up sounding. I use the best materials I can find. If you're putting the good stuff into a bass build it only makes sense that bass will end up sounding great.

Sweep, vacuum, or use a dust mop every day or so. ??? Clean spills immediately and make sure the surface is dry. ??? Place a door mat on both sides of exterior doors to pick up debris. It cuts down on dirt throughout the house. ??? Damp mopping is discouraged, but if you must, use a mop that is just barely damp and be sure that no water remains on the floor when you're done. ??? Authentic Pine Floor cleaner may be used for deep cleaning. ??? Recoat floors to prevent wear to the veneer.

All races share the same finish in beautiful Chumash Park. Look for the large red arch. All races finish on the grass. For spectators, the last tenth of a mile is highly visible from many locations in the park.

As far as I know, you can only get Bass at special events from Capcom. (As with "Mew" in "Pokémon") Those areas need a special condition to be entered. I don't currently know every one... For Internet-14, you need to collect at least 10 chips from Internet-13. Some areas can be accessed if you had a good Busting Level or didn't escape in the previous area, if you fail, you need to return to the beginning of the area.

Oil-based or "oil-modified" urethane floor finish is a traditional mineral spirits-based polyurethane finish. There are many finishes of this type approved by the MFMA for application on gymnasium floors. Oil-modified finishes are generally amber in color, high gloss with good gloss retention, and they take approximately 12 to 24 hours to dry between coats. They are relatively inexpensive and durable. They typically amber (yellow) with age.

For natural oil finish butcher blocks, we recommend that you re-oil all surfaces of your block every 4 weeks or so. Because butcher block wood is a live material, extremes of humidity and dryness can swell and shrink your butcher block enough to cause seasonal checks to appear. This possibility, though remote, is an unavoidable condition of enjoying the beauty of a living material.

Western Tung Oil Finish is a clear interior finish that soaks into the wood. The first and sometimes the second coat will soak deep into the wood and leave a natural no shine look. The third coat usually builds on the surface and the shine increases as you increase the number of coats. Tung Oil Finish is only available in clear (you can apply a stain first, and then apply Tung Oil Finish as the topcoat).

We can make this finish in a Light, Medium or Dark patina. Standard finishing is Medium. Please specify otherwise.

Oil based is the dinosaur and has a proven track record. However, the finish ambers with time, requires a lot more drying time and emits a strong vapor, that is not only unhealthy but contributes to the depletion of the earths ozone. Rumor has it that soon, all solvent based finishes will be non-compliant with the states V.O.C. Laws making them illegal to use. Water based or commonly called latex has evolved into an excellent alternative.

To clean a natural oil finish butcher block, first scrape loose with a steel scraper or spatula any heavy food particles or foreign matter that may have adhered to the butcher block surface. After brushing or scraping all loose particles from the butcher block surfaces, take a dish cloth dipped in soapy water, or water with a very mild detergent, and wash the butcher block surface as you would any other wood surface.

You can, but it may not be the best choice. Many professionals avoid working with oil-based paints because they are harder to clean up and take longer to dry. With water-based paints, smudges and spills can be wiped away easily with a damp cloth. Water-based paint can be applied over oil-or water-based urethane finishes. For best results with opaque paints, consider first applying a white primer.

Panels are .062" aluminum that is sanded vertically to give it a nice finish, then the edges are masked and the panel is painted with a coat of 'Polane' industrial paint. A very light splatter coat is put on top of that, then the panels are silkscreen printed. See this up-close picture of a panel.
