Because "money is money" when it comes to paying for college, loans made available by the government are considered "financial aid" because they give a student access to cash to help pay for college and the interest is often capped and subsidized by the government.

A math SAT score of 530 (ACT of 22) is required for students who wish to use college math credit to satisfy a high school math (CPC) requirement. Yes. Yes, you can. You can fill out an Aid for Part Time Study form (APTS), which will enable you to receive financial aid if you are taking between 3 and 11 credits and have been accepted into a program.
