The Petition Process for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) and Alternative Trade Adjustment Assistance (ATAA) The petition is a form needed to apply for TAA reemployment services and benefits and ATAA. Tribes, organized bands, Pueblos, Alaska native villages, and communities already recognized and receiving BIA services are not eligible for the FAP process.

Do not ignore it. A Notice of Petition and Petition are court papers for an eviction case. If you do not respond to the papers, you can be evicted from your apartment.

Your employer may have sickness and accident insurance. Even if you do not have such benefits, you can apply for unemployment compensation, welfare, Veterans benefits, or pension benefits. If you are totally disabled from all forms of employment, you may seek recovery of social security disability benefits. Before you apply for such benefits, you should consult with an attorney.

In addition to the Center for Food Safety and the American Anti-Vivisection Society, the Consumer Federation of America, Food and Water Watch, Friends of the Earth, the Humane Society of the United States, the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, and the Center for Environmental Health have all joined the petition asking the FDA to impose a mandatory moratorium on the sale of cloned animal products until the ethical and regulatory issues with cloning can be thoroughly examined.
