No. If you have a fracture, we fit you with a splint and then help you find an orthopedist who can apply the cast. We can’t put on splints because our malpractice insurance doesn’t cover us for that.

Yes, for two reasons. One, when more money is moved to lower tier prizes from the jackpot prize, the expected value increases. This is mainly due to the fact that the jackpot is not necessarily paid out on any given draw but the lower tier prizes are. And two, because the deflator rule is meant to prevent jackpot fatigue. Jackpot fatigue is bad for players because of what the lottery companies do to combat it.

As per the President's Memo of February 18, 1997, a "one-for-one" rule was instituted. This rule states that, generally, for every new course, program, or expansion of existing programs proposed, an equivalent number of such units must be discontinued. When the casts come off, the children will initially have a "funny" gait (there may be external rotation and a flat foot appearance). It will take 6-12 weeks for the gait to improve. The parents and doctor will decide together when the child may return to sports/activities.

The doctor will use a small electrical saw to remove the cast. Although it may look and sound scary to your child, the process is actually quick and painless. The saw's blade isn't sharp - it has a dull, round blade that vibrates up and down. Yes, we have waterproof casts. The difference between a waterproof and non-waterproof cast is the Gore-Tex lining. All fiberglass is waterproof, but the lining is typically made out of soft cotton-like material. This is not waterproof. The Gore-Tex lining allows the patient to bathe and swim as they usually would. Not all fractures are suited for Gore-Tex. Long-arm and long-leg casts usually don't do well with Gore-Tex because it is hard for the water to drain out of the cast.

There is a registration period from mid-August to late September each year. ALL players must re-register each year to participate. Please click on this link to learn more. The player should register for CYBL in August-September and then tryout for the High School program. If the player makes one of the High School basketball teams, then the player will get a refund. The player can only participate in one program, either CYBL or High School.

The senior pastor must guide the CORE Discipleship vision. Other leaders can help, but the vision and overall leadership belong to the lead pastor. From experience we have learned that no matter who introduces the CORE Discipleship ministry into a church, that ministry will only go as far as the Senior Pastor’s vision for it - sheep follow the shepherd. I encourage church leaders to actually lead a CORE group, or at least be in a CORE Group.

RHPS consists of basically three parts: the filmed image, the audience participation, and the live action. The cast is one of the major reasons to see the show, and most casts go to great pains and expense to put on a good performance. As Richard O'Brien said, "Three out of three ain't bad."
