Our standard homes include several extras that are normally considered upgrades that we feel help make the home more comfortable and aesthetically appealing.

Square foot pricing is the worst and most inaccurate way of comparing builders & housing value. There are thousands of items in a house and hundreds of hours labor. Something as simple as the finish on a faucet, or the type of wood used in the bath vanity cabinet can raise the price of the bathroom. Also, window design and configuration, whether or not the home has a fireplace, etc. all affect the square foot price.

Pricing houses by the square foot is like pricing cars by the pound. It is not a good measurement of “what you get,” and usually is not a guarantee of anything. Because we are a custom homebuilder and serve a wide geographical region, we do not price our houses by the square foot. Your cost per square foot will vary largely based on three factors: The total square footage (larger homes = lower cost per square foot) and the features you design into your home.

While we wish we could easily answer this question and give you a range, there are simply to many variables involved in each project to quote by square foot. We take many things into consideration when quoting our jobs such as complexity of form (inlayed objects, integral sinks, knockouts, etc.), technique (poured-in-place vs. precast), logistics (travel time to job site, level of protection of job site, etc.), and size of job.

No. Every project is different with the prices varying according to project type, medium, difficulty of installation, etc. We encourage you to call for pricing information. You can not put a square foot price on art. It is not wall or floor covering. It is for the most part a permanent fixture that expresses not only the personality of the artist but of the owners for which it was designed. We can provide estimates, but only after we have the answers to certain questions.

When you order from our web site you input numbers of tiles that you want. The prices are specified next to the pictures by both tiles and by sq. ft. Each tile is 2.69sqft.

The tuition includes all course materials and use of necessary equipment such as race suits and helmets. Unless otherwise specified, the course also includes use of a Bondurant vehicle during the course. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodations, and meals. The easy answer is between $50 and $60--for the most part. Obviously, a little 36' ranch with no options isn't going to be the same price as a 76' long tri-level with $16,000 worth of options. We build both, though. This question is actually a little misleading, though. A site-built home often costs around $100 per sq. ft., or more--but that includes the foundation, on-site plumbing, and hookups. When you add these things to our homes the sq. ft.

Our price provides you a completely finished home, inside and out. The outside includes the driveway, sod, & landscaping. Inside includes all major appliances, and flooring. We even include hand mounted storm shutters in our pricing! The interior d?cor, such as you see in our models, is not included. Things like window coverings, furniture, wallpaper and the like are displayed in our model to help our customers see how their home might look.

Celtic Homes constructs their modular homes in a 40,000 square foot clear span building. The building is protected by security measures which helps prevent theft and vandalism of construction materials that plagues many other builders! This is by far the most asked question and the most difficult to answer. There are just too many variables. A simple rectangular home without many interior log walls would be considerably less per square foot for a similar size home with interior log walls, additional corners, stairs and handrails, etc.

The type of fabric, core material, wall surface, design layout, and size of the job are all factors that will determine cost. Most fabrics range in price from $6.50 to $30 a yard; core materials can run from $0.25 to $3.00 per square foot. A complex layout that has many obstacles, such as, windows or electrical outlets will add to the price. Panel height, layout, vertical/horizontal seams, and the substrate to which the panels are installed on (drywall, stucco, block, concrete, etc.

There are a number of things that can cause the cost of the project to vary. One of the things is the preparation of the area where the concrete will go (Is it grass, hard dirt, rock, soft dirt, landscape granite or old broken concrete). As you can see, in each case the amount of work to prepare for the new concrete can vary greatly, from just leveling the soft dirt to using a jackhammer to remove old concrete. The amount of labor and the type of equipment used or needed is a major factor.
