Square foot pricing is the worst and most inaccurate way of comparing builders & housing value. There are thousands of items in a house and hundreds of hours labor. Something as simple as the finish on a faucet, or the type of wood used in the bath vanity cabinet can raise the price of the bathroom. The tuition includes all course materials and use of necessary equipment such as race suits and helmets. Unless otherwise specified, the course also includes use of a Bondurant vehicle during the course. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodations, and meals. Our price provides you a completely finished home, inside and out. The outside includes the driveway, sod, & landscaping. Inside includes all major appliances, and flooring. There are a number of things that can cause the cost of the project to vary. One of the things is the preparation of the area where the concrete will go (Is it grass, hard dirt, rock, soft dirt, landscape granite or old broken concrete). As you can see, in each case the amount of work to prepare for the new concrete can vary greatly, from just leveling the soft dirt to using a jackhammer to remove old concrete.
