Yes you can, but keep the tubing away from the fixture and insulate the tubing in proximity of the fixture and follow manufacturers instructions.

The mainline tubing can generally be buried with no problems. However, it is possible for burrowing rodents like gophers or moles to chew right through the line. That aside, it is often desirable to bury the line to have it out of the way so it won't be seen or tripped over. Emitter tubing can always be covered with mulch, which is, in fact, desirable to protect it from the sun and extend its lifespan.

I'd kill for a design that allowed for a separate butler's pantry or a scullery. Best I'll be able to lit like a movie set. The tubing can be wrapped around the pump and then the pump put inside the case or the tubing can be coiled along side the pump in the case or you can put the pump in the fabric case and simply tuck the tubing in however it fits. The case is worn on the side where the infusion set is inserted to avoid long sections of tubing hanging out.

There are lanterns galore in the house. Most run on white gas, some on kerosene. I also brought a propane lantern. It's a good idea to bring some D cells and a bunch of AA cells with you. Also, at the start of the season bring a gallon of white gas for the lanterns. (Dick will be taking care of this.)

The 20, 30 and 40 tracks can be recessed, but recessing the 94001 is not recommended. A recess to accommodate the 20, 30, and 40 tracks must also account for the drive pulley (3” x 7”) at the motor end, and the adjuster pulley (track width plus 0.25” x 7”) at the non-motor end. Because the 94001 is a dual channel track, with the master carriers protruding out the rear channel, a minimum recess of 2” (front to back) is required for the entire length of the track.
