Go to www.ACFE.com/forget.asp to have your login information emailed to you. Remember, we will use the most current email address on file for you. If your email has changed, please contact Member Services for your login information.

Don't panic, simply go to the logon page by clicking the 'Logon' button on the left menu, select the 'Lost Password' option and follow the instructions. If you are still having trouble logging onto the site and/or cannot complete the 'Lost Password' procedure please contact us by clicking the 'Contact' button on the left menu.

Only when you register your profile you get a Username and Password. If you are already a registered member, click on login at the right top of the title and fill in the username and password in the login screen and click Sign In button.

You need to have your login information sent to the email you used when you joined. Go to login > forgotten password If you don't activate your account within 24 hours of making it then your account is deleted. You need to make another account.

For security purposes, passwords cannot be retrieved, however you can set a new password. If you have a play money account, you just need to type your account name in the login pop-up, and then click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. An email containing a password reset link will be sent to your registered address. If you are unable to request for the password reset link, please email us and we can get you playing again as quickly as possible.

Some browsers automatically remember passwords for you when you type in your username. This can obviously cause a security problem when other people use your computer. In that case, we recommend that you disable this feature.

You will need to take picture ID to Shields Library and visit the IT Express office on the ground floor. They will be able to give you a new account or reset an old account. They might also ask for your birthday and employee ID number. Please have those available.

Different web browsers accept and store cookies in different ways. Currently, only the browser you have registered with will remember your username and password.

Simply contact our office by calling our Check-In Line (651-229-3000) and ask to speak with a supervisor. By answering a few simple questions the supervisor can supply you with the needed information.

Use the contact form you will find on the Members' Login page and submit a ticket to our Support team.

Your username is the e-mail address we have on file at World Music/CRASHarts. If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot my password" option on the login in screen and your password will be e-mailed to you. If you need additional assistance, please call World Music/CRASHarts at (617) 876-4257, Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm. If you are a current member of World Music/CRASHarts and have an e-mail address on file with us, please use that e-mail address to log in.

Simply email us at passwords@knowledge-source.com with your name and write"Forgot Password" on the subject line of your email and we will email you your account information within 24 hours.
