If you place your order before 2:00PM Eastern Time, we can usually ship your order the same day. All orders placed after 2:00PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day. Generally, orders with the free shipping option take about 4 or 5 days to arrive at their destination. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout time if you need your products sooner. We ship all of our parts via USPS or FedEx. Based on the availability of parts, it will take approximately 7-14 business days for it to be processed. We ship all of our parts ground, taking about a week or more to be delivered, depending on your location. Should you require expedited shipping or overnight service, this is available to you at standard shipping rates. Due to the hardware we acquire, there will be times when the screws are not exactly as described in the instruction manual.

We strive to ship all orders promptly, usually on the same or next day that you submit your order. We use USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-5 business days for delivery in the USA, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In most cases, USPS tracking information will be emailed to you at the time your order is processed. International orders are normally shipped Global Priority Mail and are received in 6-12 business days.

Our standard Free Shipping in the US is First Class USPS with delivery confirmation. Our commitment is 5 business days but it is often 3-4 business days. We offer Priority Mail option at checkout for a nominal fee which is usually 2-3 business days. Our FEDEX option is overnight by 2:00PM EST you will have your order the next business day. Yes. We also discourage the extra cost of FEDEX for Alaska and Hawaii. If you need your order in 3 business days try Priority mail usually only $3.85.

All orders placed prior to 2:00PM in the time zone in which it is placed, go out the same day for next day delivery. Please see our shipping policies for further details.

When you have placed your order and paid for it at the shop, the time you receive your order will depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you select. You may use this formula to determine the approximate time it will take to receive your order: (Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time. Please allow up to two additional business days for credit verification.

Generally, your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours of the payment transaction. Shipping usually takes 3-20 business days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose.

All orders are delivered using the Australia Post system. Plans will leave our office within 48 hours of receipt of payment for your order.

Unfortunately we do not ship express same day. You can usually get it delivered next business day (closed Sundays) as long as you complete your order before 10pm. You should click on the 'check out screen' to verify the exact time slots available to you for any given day.

Most dash kits ship within 2-5 business days. Many kits are in stock and may even ship that same day.

Contact your Keiser Sales Representative. He or she can trace your order from manufacturing through shipping and keep you informed of any unforeseen problems that may have delayed your order.

Online Banking users can download account transactions directly into Intuit Quicken, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Money (versions 2005 and higher) by using the export feature. First, select the account you want to download, then choose "Export" from Transactions menu. Choose the desired statement cycle (e.g. previous statement), then select Intuit Quicken (.QFX), Intuit QuickBooks (.QBO) or Microsoft Money (.OFX) export format and click the Export button.

We try to send out orders of in-stock items the same week they are recieved, which means you should expect to receive your order within the Continental United States in 10 business days or less. During the month of March when we are away at Gulf Wars and again in August while we are at Pennsic order shipments of in-stock items may be delayed from 2 to 4 weeks. If you have ordered custom garb, allow 2-8 weeks.
